Do you need to update any details that have changed since last January, such as –
- your car reg, your address, phone, or email?
- any change to your registered secondary stakeholder?
- are there any new children to register, or any update to registered children who are now past their 16th birthday? Children 16 and over can become shareholders in their own right, if they wish – or if they do not, please let us know that they have left.

After you’ve read the conditions above, if you are the primary stakeholder, please complete the following Google Form to renew your membership for this year 2026.
The renewal forms will be active during the month of January
STEP 3. PRIMARY STAKEHOLDERS ONLY, PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE
After you’ve completed the agreement form, if you are the primary stakeholder, please pay your annual renewal fee of £25 either in cash to the Treasurer or by sending a transfer to the Farm’s account:
